22 April @ 6:30 am - 8:30 am

Free
On Friday 22 April (Earth Day), we are celebrating the publication of an exciting new YA novel called Home by local author Mark Ballabon at Waterstones, Enfield Town Centre.  You are invited to hear the author speak about the book and enjoy some drinks and nibbles with us at this free event. You can also buy a copy of the book and get it signed. Teens are welcome as long as they attend with an adult.
You must RSVP to claire@eminentproductions.co.uk by Wednesday 20 April at 5pm for your free ticket.
Here is a little more about the novel, Home published on 22 April:
It is the first in a new trilogy, Leah’s Universe, and the novel is Sophie’s World for the Greta Thunberg generation. Home centres around 14-year-old Leah, who loves wilderness survival books, her friends and family and braiding her hair. One night, alone in the woods, Leah’s life is transformed by a profound experience that sparks a burning question in Leah that no one seems able to answer. Desperate to broaden her horizons, Leah challenges herself to attend an international summer camp. Will the people she meets there, from her first love Sean, to formidable climate activist Kayleigh, help Leah find the answer to her question: what is ‘Home’?
